Gold Coast Auto Body

I had a really positive experience with Gold Coast Auto Body. I submitted photos for an estimate, and Francesca was quick to get back to me with a well prepared estimate. A freak accident caused the bumper on my Audi to partially pop off, and it was unclear if it could just be popped back in or if it had to be replaced. At our appointment, it was quickly determined that the bumper could just be popped back in and stay in place. They quickly sent me on my way at no charge. The best possible outcome for me. If I ever need body work done in the future (hopefully not), I would definitely head back.

Amazing experience at Gold Coast Auto! The team was extremely kind and attentive. Took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done with my car and handled the insurance claims from the person that hit me. Advocated for me and made sure they paid the full amount for the damage! They are the best! Highly highly recommend!

Gold Coast Auto Body has helped me with 2 different cars over the years. They have been incredibly helpful, assisting me with navigating insurance kerfuffles, respectfully explaining the pros and cons of costs and options, being transparent with service and costs, and following up with issues and having clear expectations on both their side and mine. Everyone from Mitch who is very personable, knowledgeable and friendly, to Francesca who has exceptional customer service skills, to Drew who really helped me to work through the insurance issues-a great experience BOTH times! My car looks brand new again! Thank you to GCAB, really appreciate everything. -Marilyn

This facility is professional, fast and reliable, the staff there even cleaned my vehicle inside out that’s never been done so thoroughly elsewhere. The communication is bi-weekly and I love how they provide updates on the progress. I recommend here to everyone.

I highly recommend Gold Coast. I needed to have my Rivian R1S right front bumper and side panel repaired, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. I especially appreciated their consistent communication throughout the process. They kept me updated on the status of the repair, which gave me real peace of mind. They also made the interactions with the insurance company completely painless, handling everything smoothly and professionally. When the work was completed, they took the time to do a thorough physical walk-through of the vehicle to make sure we were completely satisfied and to address any concerns. We didn’t have any — the repair work was excellent. Great craftsmanship, great communication, and a truly professional experience.
